Bahamas | 18" x 24" | Acrylic | This painting is based from a photo I took while my family and I were on a boat ride in the Bahamas in 2011. I really like the variety in this painting because the opposition of the smooth and flowing sky contrasts with the detailed and rough water. The color theme is also based on the cool colors (blues), but the sky brings a little red and brightness into the composition.
